With a distinguished career spanning over three decades, Mr. Sanjay Goenka, Founder and Director of 3F Oil Palm, has cemented his place as a leading industrialist in the edible oil, Palm Oil, speciality fats, and power generation sectors.

His journey in the industry began after earning a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical Engineering from the esteemed Osmania University, Hyderabad.

Mr. Goenka's professional journey is marked by his specialisation in project management and execution, particularly within the oil palm and power generation domains. His strategic vision and hands-on approach have been pivotal in successfully launching Greenfield projects across India. His leadership extends beyond 3F Oil Palm, serving as a key figure in both national and international capacities, including his role as a Director at 3F Industries Limited and various other group companies globally. His past leadership roles, including his presidency at the Oil Palm Developers Association, Round Table India, and the Entrepreneurs Organization, highlight his commitment to industry advancement and community service. Currently, he continues to share his expertise as an active member of the Young President Organization.
